Whatever our clients’ needs, at Draycott Nursing all our nurses and carers are fully trained in all aspects of care and have a joined up, multidisciplinary approach to the care we provide. We actively engage with a range of healthcare professionals, including occupational health specialists, GPs, district nurses, physiotherapists, consultants, hospitals, and discharge coordinators to ensure personalised care plans are created and followed.

We are able to provide specialised care services for a range of situations and conditions, including live-in care, companionship, personal care, holiday and respite care, complex nursing care, overnight care – whether waking or sleeping – and post-operative care.

We also have specialist training in care for Parkinson’s, stroke, cancer care, end of life and palliative care, dementia, Alzheimer’s and frailty.
